21 Years Later, Forever In My Heart

Twenty years seems like an eternity. But I’m finally at a point in life where I can talk about Mommy without getting the urge to shut down and/or cry, which took twenty years by itself. About ten years ago, I decided I wouldn’t work on January 15, because it was always too sad. Why I’m Starting Again

Starting again. I know about this all too well, and depending on how long you’ve been supporting me, you know how many times I’ve started and stopped sharing my writing. I’ll come in heavy and stick it out for a few weeks, maybe even a month or two, then I’m gone until the next relaunch or reset.  But this time is different. This time, this year is much more personal.  And while this is personal and involves different planning in 2026 and beyond, there’s no pressure. No pressure to be perfect or to figure everything out at once. I’m not rushing to impress anyone.
