I am a firm believer in doing everything with intention. Everything from what I post, say, do- it’s all with intention.
Do I still have times when I get frustrated or become doubtful?- You better believe it. But I sit back, evaluate, and think of the greater good or the lesson I’m learning, and I’m able to get back on track.
Deepak Chopra defines intention- Intention is the starting point of every dream. It is the creative power that fulfills all of our needs, whether for money, relationships, spiritual awakening, or love.
Intention drives your purpose, and it gives you the inspiration you need to achieve your purpose.
Because intention drives your purpose, you must first determine what you want out of life, what you plan to contribute to the world, and what impact do you want to have on the planet.
Check out this resource in my freebie section-Creating The Life You Deserve.
This resource will help you to begin thinking about and creating the life you desire for yourself. Once you have an action plan, you can start creating and setting intentions for your daily life.
If you’re new to setting intentions, start with these five simple intentions and begin working on them daily.
- I intend to have a great day today.
- I intend to make someone smile today.
- I intend to improve myself.
- I intend to allow myself grace.
- I intend to discover who I am and what I enjoy.
I initially became familiar with setting intentions by reading, watching, and studying The Secret.
Thanks for checking out day 28 of Blogtober.
