Here we are — day 2 of Blogtober. So far, so good if I do say so myself.
Today I’m going to introduce myself and my site to my new readers, supporters, and subscribers and reintroduce myself to some.
First, let’s start with the pronunciation of my name — Chanee’- pronounced Shanay.
To learn a little more about me and to explore the site a little check out the About Chanee’ section.
So, what do I do? In short, I write, and I love it.
To learn more about why I write-click this second pink link Why I Write.
Any words you see in pink on the site are links; check them all out while you’re here and if you haven’t signed up to receive updates, do that too before you leave.
In short, I inspire people through writing by sharing life tips, advice, book reviews, and thoughts on current events and pop culture.
I also help people tell their stories and build their business through writing development, revising and proofreading and have begun to dabble in a little editing.
One of my most viewed blog post to date is a collaboration I did with a few of my closest friends. One day I texted them and asked what advice they give young black girls. Check out what we came up with- Advice For Young Black Girls. I think part two is in order.
I’m also an avid reader, while I haven’t blogged as much about what I’m reading or written many reviews, that will change soon. In the meantime, check out a few of the books I have discussed on the blog- Book Lovers.
Want to browse different posts and topics for yourself? Here you go- Chanee’s Blog.
Thanks for stopping by for day 2 of Blogtober. I hoped you learned a little more about me, my writing, and the website. I look forward to engaging with you.
